Through our flexible living spaces, we create homes to suit everyone, whatever their lifestyle or individual needs. Taking inspiration from countries and cultures around the world, we design different types of houses that evolve with the changing needs of the population.

Whether it’s access to hyperfast Grain WiFi from the day you move in, iParcel boxes outside your front door so you can receive parcels even when you’re not home, or Wondrwall smart technology that adapts to your routine, every piece of tech in our homes has been designed to make your life easier.
Sustainability
We know our residents care about the planet as much as we do, that’s why so much of our work in the INNOVATE lab is about reducing our impact on the planet. From our super-insulated building envelope meaning less heat is lost from our homes to our triple-glazed windows which mean you use less energy, and our commitment to boosting wildlife at each of our communities, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do.
