What do we mean by NeighbourHub?
From the moment you pick up your keys, you’ll be part of NeighbourHub. That means you can access our handy online Clixifix® portal whenever you need it on your phone, tablet and desktop.
Use it to chat with the NeighbourHub team about any aftercare concerns, share feedback and manage warranty queries, as well as store important documents relating to your home.
The portal is also the best place to keep up-to-date with upcoming events too so the team can help you get to know your neighbours.

As soon as you pick up the keys, the online portal is available on phone, tablet or computer whenever you need it, no matter what time of day. You will get regular emails with updates that invite you to log into the portal when something changes.
Even when a community’s build is complete and the Huddle is closed, the platform will still exist to tie the community together, ensuring our neighbourhoods stay connected long into the future.
